Let's look at what each level means.
Level 1 — Smart Shopper
Your journey begins as a Smart Shopper.
At this stage, you can enjoy the benefits of shopping through Table Charm Direct while becoming familiar with the products and the business.
Your benefit
Enjoy exclusive discounts by shopping at wholesale prices.
Being a Smart Shopper gives you an opportunity to experience the products for yourself and discover how Table Charm Direct works.
You can start by looking at the products you regularly purchase and asking:
“Which of these products could I buy through TC Direct instead?”
The Smart Shopper stage is about getting started, learning and becoming familiar with the opportunity.
Level 2 — Business Builder
When you're ready to become more active, your journey moves to Business Builder.
This is where you begin building your own business through Personal Sales and introducing others to the Table Charm opportunity.
How you qualify
Have R1,250+ Personal Sales to start earning Sales Cashback.
Recruit 1 Business Builder who sells any amount.
Your earning opportunity
Earn up to 6% on your Personal Sales.
This is an important step because you're no longer only shopping for yourself. You're beginning to create business activity.
Your focus
Sell → Share → Invite → Activate
Start developing the habits that will help you progress to the next level.
Level 3 — Bronze Business Builder
The next step is Bronze Business Builder.
At this level, you're beginning to develop an active team alongside your own Personal Sales.
How you qualify
Sell a minimum of R1,250.
Recruit 2–3 Active Business Builders who each sell a minimum of R1,250.
Your earning opportunities
Earn up to 3% on your Team Sales.
Earn up to 6% on your Personal Sales.
Bronze is an important milestone because you're beginning to see how your business can grow through the activity of others.
Your focus
Don't just build your own sales.
Help others get started and become active.
Level 4 — Silver Business Builder
As your team grows, you can progress to Silver Business Builder.
This level takes you further into developing your team and building greater depth.
How you qualify
Sell a minimum of R1,250.
Recruit 4–5 Active Business Builders who each sell a minimum of R1,250.
Your earning opportunities
● Earn up to 2 Levels Deep.
● Earn up to 5% on your Team Sales.
● Earn up to 6% on your Personal Sales.
At Silver, you're beginning to understand that leadership isn't only about your own activity.
It's about helping your team become active and successful.
Level 5 — Gold Business Builder
The Gold Business Builder level represents another step in your development.
Your team is becoming larger, and you're building more depth into your business.
How you qualify
Sell a minimum of R1,250.
Recruit 1–10 Active Business Builders who each sell a minimum of R1,250.
Your earning opportunities
● Earn up to 3 Levels Deep.
● Earn up to 10% on your Team Sales.
● Earn up to 6% on your Personal Sales.
Gold is about developing stronger business activity and learning how to build beyond your immediate team.
Level 6 — Gold Plus Business Builder
Gold Plus Business Builder takes your development to another level.
At this stage, you're building a deeper and more active organisation.
How you qualify
● Sell a minimum of R2,500.
● Recruit 5 Level 1 Business Builders who each pay a minimum of R1,250.
● Have total Team Sales of R19,000.
Your earning opportunities
● Earn up to 8 Levels Deep.
● Earn up to 10% on your Team Sales.
● Earn up to 6% on your Personal Sales.
Gold Plus demonstrates that you're developing the ability to create depth, activity and duplication within your organisation.
Level 7 — Network Manager
The Network Manager level moves you further into leadership.
Your focus is increasingly on the growth of your network and the development of the people within it.
How you qualify
● Sell a minimum of R2,500.
● Recruit 5 Level 1 Business Builders who each pay a minimum of R1,250.
● Have total Team Sales of R19,000.
Your earning opportunities
● Earn 12.5% on your Network Sales.
● Earn up to 6% on your Personal Sales.
At this stage, your network becomes an increasingly important part of your business.
Your role is not simply to recruit people.
Your role is to help people become active, develop their confidence and build their own businesses.
Level 8 — Depot Manager
Depot Manager is a significant milestone on your Path to Leadership.
By this stage, you're developing a much larger organisation and working with active Business Builders and leaders.
How you qualify
● Have 10 Active Level 1 Business Builders who each sell a minimum of R1,250.
● Have total Team Sales of R31,000.
Your earning opportunities
The pathway shows Network Sales earnings at this level together with:
● 12.5% on Network Sales
● Up to 6% on Personal Sales
The important change at this stage is the increasing importance of your network and the leaders you are developing within it.
Your focus
Your question changes from:
“How can I build my business?”
to:
“How can I help others build theirs?”
That is the beginning of true leadership.
